arenaliv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall arenaliv's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your arenaliv account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
arenaliv collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
